What the engagement is, what it costs, what it promises in writing, and who it is not for.

9 questions

The ones that
come up first.

01

Do I need an LLC or revenue to apply?

No. You can apply as a sole proprietor using your SSN. We recommend and help set up an LLC to separate liability and build business credit. Revenue is not required for many intro offers, which lean on personal creditworthiness.

02

Does this affect my personal credit?

Applications involve a hard inquiry, and we work to remove the ones that never became open accounts. The resulting business accounts typically do not report to your personal credit, so utilization on them does not weigh on your personal score.

03

What does the engagement cost?

It is a one-time flat fee for six to twelve months of the program, not a percentage of what you access. A broker fee grows with every dollar you borrow. This one does not. The figure depends on the level of support, which is what the call establishes.

04

What happens if the funding does not come through?

There is a written minimum of one hundred thousand dollars. If the program timeline closes without reaching it, and you have followed the system, we keep working at no additional cost until it is reached.

05

How long does this take?

Preparation runs roughly six weeks, because that is where the compliance items get cleared. Applications happen live after that, and decisions are often same-day. The full engagement is built as six months, since the second round is part of the plan.

06

What happens when the intro period ends?

Intro promos expire. We go for more, plus term loans, lines, and SBA on the file you built. That exit is written in week one, which is the reason the end of the promo is a step rather than a surprise.

07

Are you a bank, a lender, or a broker?

None of those. We are an advisory firm. Approvals, limits and terms are decided by the issuing institutions and depend on your profile.

08

Who is this not for?

Startups, first ideas, and businesses without verifiable revenue. Also anyone who wants a single round of cards with no plan for what follows, because that is the pattern this engagement exists to correct.

09

Where are you based, and how do I reach you?

Stacking Capital is at 700 S Rosemary Ave, Suite 204 #2059, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The phone is 1-888-780-0603 and the email is contact@stacking.capital. Hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern. Saturday and Sunday closed. The work itself is done remotely with clients across the United States, so you do not need to be in Florida to be a client.

The questions above are the ones that can be answered the same way for everyone. Past that, the answer depends on what is actually on your file: the entity, the reporting, the inquiries already there, and which of the twenty compliance items are open. That is the call, and nothing is filed on it.
