Stacking Capital is not a bank, lender, or broker. We are an advisory firm. We prepare the profile, clear the lender compliance items, and sequence applications through the institutions in the order each one wants to see a file.
Approvals, limits, and terms are decided by the issuing institutions and depend on your file. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of funding, a rate, or a timeline.
Program terms belong to the programs
Introductory rates, ceilings, and eligibility rules are set by the issuers and the programs, not by us. They change without reference to this site. Where a figure appears on a case study it is what that engagement carried, and it is not a projection of what another file will carry.
The written minimum
Where an engagement carries a written minimum, the minimum and the conditions attached to it are stated in the engagement agreement. That agreement governs. A page on this site does not extend it, reduce it, or replace it.
Not legal, tax, or accounting advice
The guides in the library describe how underwriting reads a business. They are not legal, tax, or accounting advice, and they are not a substitute for your own professionals. Decisions about your entity, your books, and your filings are yours to take with them.
