What this site collects, where it goes, and who to write to about it.

What the site itself collects
The pages of this site are static. Reading them does not require an account, and there is no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracker, and no newsletter capture anywhere on it.
Where you can hand us information, and what happens to it
There are three places on this site where you can send information, and each one hands it to a named third party rather than to a form in our own database:
- Booking a call. The calendar is operated by iClosed. What you type into it — your name, your email, your phone number and anything you add about your business — goes to iClosed and to us, under their processing terms.
- The partner application. Applying at /partner posts what you enter to our application endpoint so the partner team can read it and reply. It is used to assess and answer the application.
- Creating a platform account. Getting started opens onboarding.stacking.capital, which is a separate application with its own account and its own terms.
We do not sell what you send us, and we do not pass it to anyone beyond the parties above and the institutions an engagement actually applies to, with your authorisation.
Credit information
An engagement involves your credit profile. Nothing is pulled, filed, or submitted from this website: a soft pull or an application happens inside an engagement, after you have authorised it, and the authorisation says what is being pulled and by whom.
Reaching us about your information
Write to contact@stacking.capital or call 1-888-780-0603 and ask for what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Post reaches us at 700 S Rosemary Ave, Suite 204 #2059, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
Questions about
any of this.
If something here is unclear, ask before you engage rather than after.
The engagement, what it costs and what it commits to in writing are answered plainly in the FAQ. Anything the FAQ does not cover, a call will.
