Terms

Terms for reading and using this website. The work itself is governed by the engagement agreement.

The engagement is a separate document

Nothing on this site creates an engagement, and reading it does not make anyone a client. An engagement begins when a written agreement is signed. That agreement sets the scope, the fee, the term, and any written minimum, and it is the document that governs the work.

What the site is for

The library, the case studies, and the comparisons are published so a business owner can see how underwriting reads a file before deciding whether to engage anyone. You are welcome to read them, quote them with attribution, and send them to your accountant.

What we ask you not to do with it

Do not republish the guides wholesale as your own, and do not scrape the site to reassemble it elsewhere. The written method, the Bankable Blueprint, the Four Legs and the Bankability Scan are ours, and so are the drawings.

Accuracy, and things that change

Program rules, issuer terms and underwriting practice change. Guides carry the date they were last updated so you can judge how current they are. Where a case study carries a figure, that figure is what the engagement carried and not a projection.

Third-party services

Booking uses iClosed and account creation uses onboarding.stacking.capital. Both are separate services with their own terms, and using them means accepting those as well as these.

any of this.

If something here is unclear, ask before you engage rather than after.

The engagement, what it costs and what it commits to in writing are answered plainly in the FAQ. Anything the FAQ does not cover, a call will.
