Account and identity
Name, business, and the contact details the file is keyed to. If the firm already holds these, they arrive filled.
Getting started creates your account on the platform. It is the same onboarding every engagement runs, and it is where the profile gets assembled: the one the plan to make you bankable is written against.
One account runs the whole engagement. It is the same onboarding whether this is your first contact with the firm or you are already working with an advisor, and anything already on file arrives filled in rather than asked for twice.
Onboarding opens at onboarding.stacking.capital. If you are already working with an advisor, your link carries your details through, so the fields arrive filled rather than asked for again.
Existing clients see the same four steps with the answers already held on file filled in.

The business
Entity, time operating, revenue and what the capital is for. This is what decides whether the engagement fits before anyone looks at credit.
Credit position
Where the personal and business profiles stand today, so the scan starts from a real position rather than an estimate.
Authorisation to review
Permission to pull and review the file. Nothing is submitted to a bank at this stage and no application goes out.
We are not a bank, lender, or broker.
Onboarding gets your documents, your entity and your reporting into one place so an advisor can read the file properly. It does not decide what to apply for or when. That is written on the call, against what the file actually shows, before anything is submitted.
